These terms and conditions govern the use of the tetration.eu website, operated by TTN, s.r.o., registered at Sadová 2719/3A, 905 01 Senica, Slovakia, Company ID 52 330 443, Tax ID 2120984085, VAT ID SK2120984085. Registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trnava, Section: Sro, Insert No. 44230/T.

The website is an informational presentation of products and services, not an order form. It has no user accounts, no registration and nothing is sold through it. Contracts for delivering the platforms and products are concluded separately, outside this website; their content, including the processing of customer data, is determined by that contract, not by this document.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the website.

The text, graphics, photographs, diagrams, logos and trademarks shown on the website are the intellectual property of TTN, s.r.o. or of the respective owners and are used with their consent. They may not be copied, modified or redistributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Linking to this website, or quoting from it while naming the source and linking to it, is fine and needs no consent from us.

The website is public and you need no permission to read it. You do, however, undertake not to interfere with its technical operation, not to attempt unauthorised access to the systems it runs on, and not to use automated tools for bulk retrieval of content in a way that burdens operations or circumvents these terms.

The website links to product sites operated by TTN, s.r.o. – for example worksys.space or the HelpDesk and MaintenanceDesk portals – as well as to third-party websites. The product portals have their own terms of use published on the portals themselves. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites.

We keep the information on the website up to date, but its complete accuracy at every moment is not guaranteed. Figures and data hold as of the date they are given for.

Screenshots serve as illustration and some of them come from a demonstration environment with simulated data; where that is the case, the website says so.

The binding terms of a specific delivery are always set out in a separate contract between TTN, s.r.o. and the customer, not by this website.

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may interrupt or limit operation, in particular for maintenance, for security reasons or because of circumstances beyond our control. We may likewise change the content and structure of the website or discontinue part of it.

The website is provided “as is” – for information, with no guarantee of a particular result. TTN, s.r.o. is not liable for damage caused by an outage or unavailability of the website, nor for the content of third-party websites linked from it.

These limitations apply to the extent permitted by law. They do not extend to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of the Slovak Republic and the European Union – in particular liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and liability for harm to life and health.

Processing of personal data in connection with this website is governed by the separate Privacy Policy document, which is reachable from the footer of every page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes are resolved by agreement first – write to us and we will try to settle the matter directly. Failing agreement, the competent court of the Slovak Republic decides.

We publish these terms in Slovak, Czech and English. The versions carry the same content; should a difference in meaning appear between them, the Slovak version prevails.

Should any provision of these terms become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. An invalid provision is replaced by one that comes as close as possible to its original purpose.
